Our Guarantee
All hatchlings are guaranteed to be healthy and eating well. Gender is not guaranteed unless otherwise noted. Each hatchling will be approximately 6 weeks old or more before offered for sale. All dragons are guaranteed for the first 30 days from date of purchase. If for some reason the dragon does not make it through shipping, we will replace the dragon or refund your money.
Please Note *** Buyer must be available for delivery on the first attempt for guarantee to be valid.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex - please let us know your preference.
We ship Monday-Wednesday only. We accept personal checks, money orders, and all payment forms via PayPal. If paying by check or money order we recommend that you send payment second day priority mail with delivery confirmation, that way the envelope can be tracked. All orders must be prepaid before shipping. All shipments paid by personal check will be delayed until the check has cleared, normally 3-5 business days.
For all shipments, there is a shipping/boxing charge in addition to your total depending upon where you live in the continental United States. There are no extra shipping charges for more than one animal ordered -shipping charges are per box. Please note that there are times/places where guaranteed next day delivery is not available with either shipping company.
